Dinner review, Take out order for one:
I was wary of the quality of fish at an "all you can eat" place, but not to worry! Wild Wasabi has good quality fish. Chirashi was delicious: it came with ample pieces of sashimi including salmon tuna and yellowtail. Their Age Dashi Tofu was crunchy on the outside, spongy on the inside, just as it should be. About $30 for the bill.
Highly recommend this place if you are in Nashville and craving sushi! -

Lunch Buffett Review - My husband and I went to Wild Wasabi Sushi Lunch buffet. When we arrived, the place was packed. The buffet had a long line, but moved quickly. We were quickly seated. The servers were friendly and very quick with the service. The options on the buffet were limited, but there were multiple options. This included friend rice and lo mein noodles. There were also steamed vegetables. Next was the sushi. There were about eight different rolls available on the buffet. This included California Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls, and Spicy Crab Rolls. Also, there were three "special" rolls. The rolls tasted fresh but were small in size. Be aware that any extra rolls that are left on your plate when you leave you are charged $.50. There are signs all over indicating this. I would go to this buffet again - for the price of 12.95 for all you eat it's a great deal!

Wild Wasabi, located in Cummins Station, offers a lunch sushi buffet and other Japanese food options. If you park across the street in the lot you can buy a $2 parking pass added onto your bill at the end of your meal. The ambiance is casual but it is a clean restaurant.
My friend and I both decided to do the lunch buffet. The first half are the hot items (egg rolls, fried rice, noodles, chicken dishes, vegetables and tempura) and the second half are the cold sushi rolls. They had a few options of nigiri, some tempura rolls and it seemed like a lot with artificial krab. The end of the buffet they had salad, miso soup and a hibachi grill where i think customers could order a specialty stir fry.
Out of the hot dishes I enjoyed the noodles and the tempura the most. From the sushi I thought the spicy crab and the salmon nigiri were the best.
Service was very good. Servers consistently came around to refill our glasses and take plates away. They asked my friend and I at the beginning of the meal if we wanted separate checks then brought them at the end after they cleared our last plates.
Overall a great lunch option for a cheap price of $12. There is nowhere in Nashville you could eat that much sushi for that price. I thought the food was pretty decent for a buffet. Was it my favorite sushi I've ever had? No. But in context of the price and the offering I'd say it was worth it. -

Sushi in Nashville?? We were a bit skeptical. This place is known for its traditional American food, not Japanese... but they didn't disappoint! Parking here is actually easy, it's right across the street! They also offer deals if you wanna go downtown- since parking in downtown is really expensive.
I went with my cousins here, and we all enjoyed our food. I got the Godzilla roll, and the smaller Alaskan roll. They were both amazing! The Godzilla roll was fried and tasty, while the Alaskan roll tasted more fresh and cold. They have more than just sushi here, they actually sell sushi and Chinese food. Make sure to get the udon noodles and the Godzilla roll!
We got our food relatively quickly, and it was delicious. They gave us eel sauce and seafood (shrimp) sauce in big bottles on the side so we could fill it ourselves. I personally love eel sauce with all types of sushi.
Wild Wasabi sushi & kitchen! Check it out :) -

We were looking to go out for lunch, until the heavens opened-up on us and it started to pour. We instead opted to stay close for lunch and when my co-workders decided we'd try Wild Wasabi, I agreed. I mean, how good would sushi be in Nashville?
There seating area is spacious and the staff is friendly. They offer an AYCE lunch buffet, which is a pretty good deal. The spread includes some Chinese options like egg rolls, fried rice and chow mein, along with some Japanese dishes like chicken teriyaki, tempura and veggies. They also offer some salmon, shrimp and red snapper nigiri sushi, along with a variety of rolls. The rolls include california rolls, crunchy crab rolls, spicy tuna rolls, tempura rolls and spicy salmon rolls. They also offer miso soup too.
Feel free to go back as much as you like, since that's the key to these AYCE buffets. The basic cooked food was just OK. The chicken teriyaki needed more flavor and the tempura was hard. I'd suggest sticking to the nigiri and rolls to get your money's worth.
